Thanks for not judging!!! It seems that I'm one of the offender of the "noise". :P

Chris

haha in korean, it's a called a kihap or 'spirited yell' when executing a technique. though, i don't know what neren's spirited language translates to. hahah.

Maria

If you look up expletives and pain, you'll find a bunch of articles from July 2009 about how swearing can reduce pain and increase your heart rate - though apparently it works better for women than men, since men typically swear more than women.

Regardless, grunting/swearing/noise-making is fine with me - very primal.

Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics:pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports!
