Are you sure we can kip the HSPU?? For the 8 min AMRAP at the games of HSPU, KB swings and GHD sit ups, kipping wasn't allowed.

Sure we can kip! This is not the games workout. Unless the WOD specifically says no kipping- we can kip.

i.e. Strict pull up vs. kipping pull ups
