Great WOD today! The 50lb dumbbell lunges are no joke. They rocked my core, as it took everything I had in it to keep them rocks up there. As Rx'd, 6:57

5:47 for this WOD. I used a 35# dumbbell. I guess I have to start taking Joe's class to learn how to get the dumbbell over my head. It was so heavy, I just held it to my chest. It was a hard 6 min.

5:47 with a 35# dumbbell. Had to hold it to my chest cuz it was too heavy to lift above my head. Guess I have to start going to Joe's class.
